I think one the things that I am most excited about is the sense of pride and accomplishment as I keep completing each week. This week I finished W3 and am so proud of myself. I guess that's what is nice to having weekly goals.
To think how much I struggled with W3R1 and breezed through W3R3 was so uplifting, it's amazing how each week the endurance builds.... Also knowing that we are all so different, struggle with different runs, but in the end we all get there. I also have become more intune with my body, knowing how much rest I need in between runs...
I am so looking forward to W4 and each week thereafter that I am counting down all the weeks in the summer... eek
Thank you NHS for this program and thanks to each of you who are inspirational.... I can even live with the music!!
