I did it! At the beginning of December last year I set my self a couple of goals. Long term to be healthier and happier but shorter term to lose a stone in weight and run 5k before we go on holiday. At that time I hadn’t fully understood the C25K 30 minutes rather than 5k thing, but since I graduated last week I could see it was quite possible. So today I managed to run the 5k, and I have 2lbs to go on the other one...... we leave next Wednesday 😱
