I just need to share this with people who will understand my excitement - I completed week 5 run 3 this morning - 20 mins of running!! I’m so happy, running is something I have always wanted to do and never could manage more then a few steps, I remember the first 3min run really hurt and now I’ve done 20 min. I can not believe how good this programme is! I feel totally amazing this morning, a feeling I can’t describe, I can’t stop grinning! I was so worried about this run and thought I’d never do it, it wasn’t easy but I just kept going. If I can do it then absolutely anyone can, anyone feeling nervous about it, don’t, it is amazing. Hope everyone has a great day and thank you for letting me share xx

PS. Watch out for the tricksy 6:1 and 6:2 runs, it is so very easy to go out a little too fast after the high of 5:3 and suffer for it. 🙃
