Lost track of time

I went out for my 2nd run without Sarah Millican in my ear. Set my own timer and tucked it into my sports vest so I could feel the vibration when the 30 mins was up. I didn't feel it so ended up running for 38mins!!! Feel great though and what a gorgeous frosty morning. Happy running everyone!

That’s amazing! And that you’re running naked so soon after graduating 🤣🤣. I’m still doing the graduation run over & over for my consolidation runs - Sarah has become my blankie! Must try and venture out alone - soon...!

I didn't think about doing that! I like to know if I am half way through or near the end etc so have been doing it with songs. At my pace I need to listen to 8 songs give or take. As the 10th one started I new something was adrift. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Is it weird to be actually enjoying this weather?

It’s so beautiful - I’ve just completed w4r3 and it was gorgeous, cold sunny and still with just birds and frosty sunshine

Exactly. I love frosty weather and breathing it in was great. I love watching the sky change colour at that time in the morning too. 🌄
