I was training just now. Some may call it drinking a brew and reading from the web... but it’s a running site so it’s training! I happened upon this runners story which demonstrates the need to clear your GPS watches... this guy forgot to do this.

Yeah, I guess if you’re going to run from your murder scenes you need to be fast... another benefit of being a slow runner right there!

There’s Bacchus in England that offers HM at 6 wines or marathon at 12... could be good training!

Well... it’s about 180 miles from me... and my favourite local parkrun has a cafe... they have tea, coffee, hot chocolate and prosecco... no prizes for guessing my post run drink 😂

But it’s on my HM/Marathon hit list.

Bit of a non-story really. We all happily carry our phones around with us and these leave much the same location footprint. The appropriate agencies can request ‘triangulation’ data from the mobile carriers and calculate the location of your phone for the previous 12 months.

They can... it would seem that while they had suspicions here they didn’t do that, which is strange... maybe no warrant? I think they can search a house without one, and certainly with consent, once they have you in custody. Or maybe he knew that and didn’t take his phone?! My phone would prove I was at home and nowhere near a lot of places that I’ve been in the last 12 months 😂
