Due to circumstances I’ve had 2-3 days in between my runs just finished run 3 week 3. Should I redo week 3? Happy to do that if it gives me the right build up before I attempt week 4

I would trust the program and if you’ve done a run go onto the next one with confidence. I have scheduled two days between runs as my dogs need to much walking each day to give me a real “rest day”, works well for me and now seeing the Finnish line, in about a weeks time.
There isn't really any need to re-do week 3. You don't always have to stick to running alternate days and the extra time off won't hurt. Some people find they need more than one day off between runs anyway and so you wouldn't be doing anything unusual. Everyone finds what suits them and it is quite adaptable but there doesn't seem any reason to re-do a week. Happy running!
You should be fine... an extra rest day here and there on top of the plan won’t affect your progress and you should be fresher for the next run if anything.

Some weeks I can run every second day but most weeks I can’t: it just depends what life hurls in my direction. I’ve had to do a lot of repeats because I’m very overweight and was very unfit, but unless you want an easy run so you can work on style, there’s no point in repeating what you can already do. Go on to the next one, prepared to repeat it it you have to, but interested to see what you can manage. You’ll surprise yourself ! Happy running 😀
