Hi folks, just wondering what everybody does on their rest days. I am now on week 3 and finding the legs are hurting more so would love some hints of what to do on rest days, thanks in advance 😊

Some people do the Strength and Flex programme which is fab... if you arent used to exercise then a rest may be what you need. Otherwise a nice walk, swim, cycle... go to the gym. There is loads you could do :)

Hi, sorry maybe a stupid question, I'm new here. What is this running program everyone talks about and where do I look it up? I'd like to start running and exercising. I read people are one week one etc... where is that schedule?
