At the asthma clinic this morning I was given more steroid tablets to take. Also told NOT to exercise! Grrrrrr

You can still walk though so keep walking and then when you’re feeling better, gradually jog a bit, don’t give up, you’re so far along

Me too, although I am not doing the C to 5K yes as have been unable to start. I am keeping walking as much as I can and take my inhaler with me. What inhalers are you on?

I am on seretide and I have begun taking ventilin as well since I've been bad. At the clinic they suggested I use a spacer so we'll see if that helps too

You are obviously in a bad patch right now? I had the oral steriods after a cold after Christmas but only needed a couple of weeks and am back to managing on fostair and ventilin. How long are you on them for? If they calm everything down hopefully you can get back to it fairly soon....
