So this is my second attempt at starting the C5K program. My first run (A week ago) did not go so well as I took my dogs with me and I found I couldn’t run/walk when needed due to that. After finally convincing myself to go try again I managed to complete the first run today and I feel so much better about myself and my mood has definitely lifted 😊

Great job... that’s the hardest bit done. Many run with dogs so maybe there will be some tips here... I run with other people’s dogs who can’t resist coming to join me when they’re off the lead.
