Complete w3, and feel amazing and surprised at the same time. With each run I've been upping my pace a tiny fraction (with help from the treadmill)
. In feeling healthier and seeing the kg slowly drop off is a brilliant feeling too.
I did have a little tightness/heavy feeling in my calves, not sure if I was on the edge of pushing too hard, just feeling tired as had a late night, or was the result of being about 600 calories under my meal plan that day. It did go away when on the recovery and cool down walks so think I'll monitor that, and hope my 1st proper rest day (yesterday) will do some good.
Plan for today is some strength and tonight circuits and get ready for W4R1 tomorrow evening.
