I did it! Never thought 5 weeks ago I could run 20 mins without stopping although weather conditions on pavements were treacherous so moved to grass verges bit safer! Slow pace but got there!

Brilliant, I think that 20 minute run feels like a leap of faith I know it did for me but my goodness it feels great when you’ve done it
