W2R1 complete. It's bloody cold out here in Yorkshire! Feel great for getting out though. How's everyone else getting on?

Congratulations ToriRose on getting to week 2 run 1 despite the cold weather, its not just Yorkshire that is cold this Tuesday evening, where I live in Central Scotland we had our first decent snowfall of the winter this morning and the 7pm temperature is - 2C/28F, I feel sorry for anyone who is running just now in the dark and cold.

Well done - I did mine on Monday and am back out tomorrow morning. Found it tough - could really feel those extra 30 secs - hoping that it'll be easier second time around 🤞🏻Still can't believe I'll be running for 20 mins in 8 weeks...
