I've been on strava for cycling, running and walking since 2013. I have found it to be very reliable and accurate and a great motivational tool as well as a comprehensive record and analysis of all my activities. Also brilliant for following the activities of my friends

I’ve just started using Strava this last week - thought it might help with motivation now I don’t get intervals any more. I haven’t completely got to grips with navigating the site yet but the results seem accurate and informative.

Yes I’m due to start week seven tomorrow so no more intervals for me either😬😬 I’m hoping it will motivate me it’s not always easy to measure progress

That was my thought. Now I don’t need intervals, I want to see what I’m actually managing so I know I’m still making progress, however slowly.

Slowly is my byword but progress is progress 😊

It’s as accurate as the device it runs on... so it’s as good as the other trackers and great for stats.

I enjoy seeing my stats on it but I won’t look at it mid run as the pace can mess with my mind and I get grumpy if it’s slower than I think. For me it’s a great to to see the bigger picture and my overall progression but as I tell myself some runs are just slower it’s an over all trend your heading for.
