Soooooooo - how many of you use Strava, is there a Health Unlocked Strava clique? Do you all give each other virtual high-5's by way of Kudos?

Log on to Strava click on the clubs and its the nhs choices 5k one with the white runner in a green box... its says c25k as well and has 188 members...

I have just done a quick investigation but no time to look into it more now. I don't have a Fitbit, I have a Garmin watch. But would I have to carry my phone with me when I run in order to run Strava? I like being liberated from it when I'm out running! Will check back later .....

You can synch your Garmin with Strava. That's what I do. Off to join the club shortly .

When I contemplated using it, a friend pointed out that direct translation to Serbo-Croatian language means - "Horror"!

I have just looked it up: in Croatian it means horror but in Serbian it translates as awesome. Guess its all about what your view is on running.

Also, although it means Diet in Czech, it means food in Bulgarian.

No plenty of runners on Strava too. There is a c25k club on there.

I am recording my current runs on Mapmyrun then downloading to Strava so everything is in one place.
