Lots of us share our runs on Strava on the Nhs C25k club site. I had a look but couldn't see your name.

It is not a good idea to place your email address on a public forum. Apart from all us weirdos now knowing it, there are bots that search the net for email addresses and if it stays up here you will almost certainly start to receive spam from undesirable sources.

You can click on the little downward arrow on your own post and delete it if you want to remove your email address.
