After super enjoying week 3, week 4 came as a shock!! Completed it and super proud of myself but it felt so much harder! Giving myself 2 days rest and second run on Wednesday ( if it doesn’t snow!! )

Hope all you week 4 girls and guys got on okay! 🙂

Well done!!! I found it hard work but hoping the next will be ok. I tend to find the first difficult, the second fairly enjoyable, and then the third I struggle!

Thanks and you!! The 2nd I always find easiest too 🤷🏼‍♀️ I think I spooked myself by looking ahead and seeing by the end of week 5 it’s a 20 minute run haha! I spent the whole run thinking I won’t ever do that, when in reality the app has got me this far so I need to embrace and trust it 💪🏼 x

That’s so funny, I was about to type the same about looking at the last run in week 5 but I deleted it as didn’t want to freak you out 😂

Congratulations to you Lilgwood on getting to week 4 of C25K, yes the runs are getting longer but you can run them, I hope you are enjoying your running. Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 4 on Wednesday, no harm on having two rest days, in fact if you run on three days a week there are bound to be two rest days.

I’m running W4 R1 tomorrow 😱 I’ve no clue how long I need to run . I’m going to wait for Jo Wiley to inform me 😁

You can do this 💪🏼 it most certainly felt like a turn around week, more running and less walking! I definitely ran slower than I did before but did it! Take your time and let us know how you get on🤞🏼 x

Huge well done you... take the rest you need:) And.. as the runs get longer.. a spot of non impact exercise on some rest days will help with the longer runs:)

Thank you! I did swim once a week but since starting this I struggled to find time... maybe I’ll look back in to it ☺️

Well done! Yes it certainly felt like a notch up but so satisfying when you finish, you really start to feel like a runner! I even overtook people (walking... yeah...)
