Missed the Sunrise - but cracked the run!

W4 R1 - toughest yet for sure. Had to dig deep but really worth it, felt pretty smug hobbling back to the car!

So - I was too lazy to get out in time for sunrise .... but didn’t miss it by much!

How’s every other week 4 starter doing today?

Amazing! Well done you!

Not sure I’m going to make it out today. Like to go early but hubby is snoring away next to me and I’ve got little ones ☹️

It’s tough finding those slots of time that you can call your own eh? Hope you can find one today - running those 5 min blocks would set you up for the week !

Good luck 😉

I’m going out to do it in an hour. Didn’t go to sleep till 3 so I know it’s not going to be easy but I’ll give it a go.

Well done you!!

Yes - hang on to the fact that there are fewer runs - and it’ll all be over in half an hour!

Hang onto the thought that you’ll feel great for doing it and you can wallow in your greatness for the whole of the rest of the day 👍😁

Gorgeous view! Did you run along the beach?

I did! My last 3 or 4 runs have been along the waters edge ...... sometimes the sand is hard going - but it’s also feels like less impact on legs than running on pavement.

Whatever the rights and wrongs I enjoy the view and the dogs always love the beach 😊

No wrongs, only rights, I would say! It looks wonderful, I hope to give it a go soon 🙂
