Run 3 COMPLETE!!!! Avg 6 mins 26 per running km.
Week 6, look out, I'm on my way, starting Thursday!
Well done Joster, be careful of runs one and two of week 6 because they have interval walks and runs, they have caught out a few people, take them slow and steady.
