I should be starting wee 5 today but feel a bit unwell should I push myself to go out or restart week 5 when I feel better?

Sorry you’re under the weather, Dexter. Why not just go for a stroll ? Half an hour or so of steady walking will help maintain fitness and give you some endorphins to boost your mood. Try your run when you feel a bit stronger. Get well soon !

Thank you. I’ve had to walk my dogs where I usually run in the woods and after a while didn’t feel too bad. I’m going to get back to it straight from work tomrrow. Does it really matter if you have two rest days between runs?

Not at all. I have 2 rest days at some point every week because I run three times a week.

Oldfloss is right - don’t run when you are ill. I once made the mistake of getting impatient & doing that - it made me ill-er!! 🙄

I don’t find it hurts. Sometimes it’s unavoidable. It’s good that you have your dogs to keep you going.
