Just gone into week 5 and done my first run. Found it alright, struggled a bit on the last one but managed to push through. Had a look at the next couple of runs and seen that they seem miles harder than this one?! I’m beginning to get a bit worried I won’t be able to do it! Anyone else feel like this and managed it?

You're doing great! It's scary to see the longer running times coming up, but you can definitely do it! Just make sure you go slow enough.
We've all felt it and we've all done it! You'll be fine - just take it slow and steady.
Well I certainly felt extremely apprehensive, but managed it.
All you have done so far is preparing for this. Trust it, take your time. 🏃♀️
Loads felt like you, with no cause. They are just runs which follow the others... slow and steady and relax into the runs.
Many folk have felt like you and many have not... just go gently trusting the programme and knowing you can do it
Hi Olivia, you are 1run ahead of me! This next week does seem v daunting doesn't it?! I've gone out for most of the runs expecting not to complete them... and then managed them somehow, so I'm slowly starting to think maybe I will succeed again this week. 20 mins tho!! 😂 🤣 I'm itching to see if I can do it!
