If you do a search for W5R3 then you will find hundreds of posts like yours, but you will also find just as many, if not more from runners who could not believe what they had just done by completing that run.
It is the shortest workout since W3.

Who knew??? In a program that gets you running for 30 minutes in 9 weeks... you run for 20 minutes in week 5. You are ready for this!
You can already run 20 minutes with a break in between. So believe that you’re ready to run the full amount none stop. You can do it 🏃♀️
Not sure if you have done run 2 yet but u managed it at first time of asking. Was hard though. I am trying to work out a flat/downhill route for run 3. May do run 3 a few times and try to add upward slopes
