Week 5

I have a taster session planned at a local gym on Saturday morning, so I am thinking (as Wk5 is a big step up), R1 tonight, R2 on Thursday and R3 on the treadmill on Saturday. I have used a treadmill before but not in this programme, and it might allow me to control my pace better for the 20mins.

Overall a tight schedule this week, so I am going to have to push myself. Need good vibes to hep me!

It is not a step up........it is the shortest workout since W3.
