Well, that was a lot easier that time round. I felt like I could go round again! Maybe week 2 doesn’t look so scary after all!

Just keep it slow and steady and know that you are ready for each and every single run:) Well done!

Thanks Oldfloss, I was given this advice for run one and it really does help. I’m not keeping the run too slow either so I feel proud of myself once I complete. I hope your running is going well!

Well... it is my first one and I only decided to do it, just to experience the whole thing... as I am very, very much a lone runner... it will be a couple of weeks before my 69th Birthday!

When I Graduated from C25K in 2015... I was never going to run any further than 5K.. ha ha...!!! It just evolved over the years... :) Be warned.. :)

The biggest worry for me is the number of folk involved... I mostly run fields and trails, weather permitting... and the only company there... is the wildlife:)

Well done.

Don't underestimate the effect of impact on your body.

Stick to the plan, observe the rest days and you will be fine.

Thanks IannodaTruffe, I’ll make sure I observe the rest days.

You’ll be fine, keep persevering if it starts to get tough!

Great run. Easier ones are so much more fun... week 2 isn’t scary, if it could it would run away from you. Enjoy closing out the hardest week in your next run.

Well if week 1 is the hardest week then I’m in for a good time. It didn’t seem as hard as I thought it would.

The only scary run is week ten run one. That ones terrifying!

Hopefully by then I’ll be fit enough to look at that run 😂
