Hi Elegoo, welcome to the world of C25K. You should feel proud of the start you have made, well done! There is lots of useful information on here so take time to read it, it will help you pace yourself and avoid injury. Please remember that C25K is a generic program so you can always repeat a run if you need to and take it slower if necessary. There are lots of us on here who will take a lot longer than 9 weeks to reach the finish line. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

I never thought I’d do it either. I started in January and graduated a couple of weeks ago. Thoroughly proud of myself!!!

Stick at it. It really works. Don’t go ahead of the program and respect all the advice on here. This forum is a fab place to get support. 😊
