Also, wk1R2 is the same as wk1r1 so you don't need to repeat the same run, progress onwards. I have wk6r3 tomorrow - 25 mins!! Am nervously excited. Just going to put one foot in front of the other!

No need to be scared- its 6 WHOLE weeks away. You'll have run 12 more times until then each day building your stamina.
