w2r1: An internal monologue.

You just ate, there's no way you can do this.

Watch me.

Seriously, if you fail today it's just a practice for tomorrow!

If I give up now I may as well give up completely, not a chance.

You can't do the next 90 second run, seriously it's hurting now

Yep it hurts, feel pretty sick too, probably should t have eaten before I came out... Oh well!

Come on, just do it in a couple of days time, don't do the next run.

The fact that I'm even contemplating the next run tells me I'm not tired enough to stop now.

Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow....

FOR SPARTAAAAAAA!!!!

***blank space where thoughts would be if I had the energy for thoughts***

No no no no no you're definitely going to die

There's one run left, if you think you're giving up now mate....

One run left? TELL MY MOTHER I LOVE HER!!!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaAaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!

WOOooooooooooO!!!!! I did it I did it I did it I did it I did it!!!

Stop dancing on the treadmill, people are looking!

Oh crap, turn it into some kind of weird stretching....

Nailed it.

Brilliant well done. I still remember those runs and even after graduating I still have the little engine that could playing in my mind as I struggle up hills ;-)

I have that exact feeling!! I'm onto W2 R3 tonight. Part of me is looking forward to it, the other part is panicking as that means w3 coming up!!

We'll get there!

Great feeling isn't it. If only we could bottle it. Mind you the next run has your name on it. Go kick its ass!

Nah, go steady missus. As the song goes, "nice and easy does it every time"

Til then, rest up, eat well, drink plenty (not booze though) Water will be fine. Don't forget to stretch.

It gets easier, but never really goes away.

Well done for persisting and ignoring the gremlins

Love the monologue - although I would recommend not running within 2 hours of eating anything major. I certainly need to leave at least 2 hours or it makes me feel horrible.

With all that extra energy available for thinking, the next run'll be a breeze!
