I think that answer may be yes I can.

Just finished wk 6 having started his 5 months ago with a then 4 month old baby. Taking a long gap after finishing wk 4 I feel life/ my body is on the right track and my baby is now 9mths old and almost on the move so time for some me time.

Love listening to audiobooks and podcasts if anyone has any recommendations?

“Running commentary” is two guys running and chatting, quite entertaining and a reminder to stay at conversational pace! I also like comedy so “no such thing as a fish” “rhod Gilbert” and a few others are in constant rotation.

Great job on the running.,, enjoy that me time, and you’ll be able to keep up with the mobile baby!
