10 days off. But been slowly building up the walking pace again. Today I did W2R1 again. Managed 1st 2 runs but had to walk the rest then pushed myself on the last run. Had to use my inhaler. Now back home I could happily lay on the couch and sleep 😴

Well done! I pushed myself too early after this virus and feel as if it set me back, so no running for a few more days! Frustrating, but I'm sure I'll get back into it soon!
