I'm just about to start week nine of couch to 5k. What a brilliant app - the experience has been absolutely transformative. Does anyone who has finished the programme have recommendations for what next? a 5-10k app? Thanks.

When you Graduate.. a few weeks consolidations the name of the game... 30 minute runs.. different routes.. short runs..longer, see where you get to runs...The new running legs have only just begun to build up... and the more runs you do now, the stronger they and you get
Then maybe take a peek at C25K+ podcasts... challenging... different and very useful for the disciplines in our runs... Then take a peek at this..

When you are ready move across to Bridge to 10K... loads of support there and Ju-ju's Magic 10 plan is brilliant...there is no NHS 10K app..but there are ones you can download... Bluefin and Sami Murphy are two fairly well used ones.
But Ju's plan is brilliant when you are ready...but consolidation first...
