Hi this time it’s on the treadmill got to week 7 last time I attempted c25k I will try again but indoors this time what is best speed to have treadmill I know it’s 1gradient looking forward to hopefully going outdoors later in year i appreciate the encouragement from people on here as I don’t feel that I’m running alone

I'm on week 7 now and I've slowed the treadmill down to 4.5 mph. Started off running at 5mph. I think that's pretty slow but I intend to build speed later. Do whatever is most comfortable for you and good luck!

The best speed to go at is the one that feels right for you, and it’s probably slower than you think !
