That was my favourite week... emotional last run too. Well done... intervals in week 6 are tougher than they look at first glance... slow steady pacing into them and you got this.

You had me laughing. Week 5 felt like “wow it’s proper running now” and I was a little worried about w5r3 today but actually once I started it felt good and time avtuallly flew by.

Yes had a sneak peek to week 6 runs and they are back to intervals. Can’t wait. Will do the first one Saturday.

Have you finished all weeks and what have you done after if so? Are you still following another plan or just run

Yep... I graduated... consolidated and then went for a walk... part way round I turned back into a teenager again and went scree surfing... which ended with me on the floor holding my ankle in agony. Luckily no break and no surgical intervention required just a bad sprain and a horribly bruised foot... took me a month to be pain free and I started back on half mile runs extending a half each week to put some strength back into stretched ligaments etc. Did 3 miles in the weekend and 5k yesterday, so I’m back. Plan is now to work on 5k time until late summer and then start the road to either marathon du Medoc or equinox 24 for autumn 2020... that and no more unleashing my inner teenager 😂
