I am still reading what people wrote. I have been exercising for years and have since 2017, Since my husband bought me a TomTom watch completed 1242 workouts, that is walking and running on the beach mainly but since lockdown I cannot seem to get into my jogging again. Just 20 mins, walking one minute and jogging one minute makes me exhausted already. I used to jog 5 km and 10 km most days from Dec 2017 to Dec 2019. I am still taking part in Strava challenges as I completed 3 for May month and one so far for June and still have 2 more to complete but struggling to get into my jogs again. I will go and read up on the C25K now and hopefully start at the bottom again to start my jogs as that is my passion as it is hard for me.
Welcome, things are weird, it’s no wonder it’s impacted on you. The program is a lovely gentle way to ease yourself back in 😍 this forum is an amazing support.

Thanks. I don't quite understand this whole app thing but need time to read more. I have been using my TomTom watch and that is easy as I wear it and it measures time, distance, etc. Have a lovely day. I am very busy with challenges but really would love to start this running program but don't like to carry my cellphone on me, hence why I have the watch. So I will read more later.
