After a 3 month break decided I needed to get running again, so last Saturday I joined a local running club, and this week I’ve restarted the couch to 5K again, week 1 run 2 completed last night, not sure if I found it easy or hard, tomorrow at running club will be a tell tale, never ran with a club before.. more to follow.. when I’m able to move again! Lol

How did you get on with the club?

The club was good, was different to run with a group but I did 5.1k mix of walking and mostly jogging, made me realise I do t need to start from week 1 again 👍🏻

Good result! Are you going to stay with the running club as well or just got back to C25K?

Gonna do a mix of both, C25K twice a week and run club on a sat, they mix it up so it’s never just a straight run.

Started week 3 tonight after realising I could run further than I thought! 👍🏻
