Just completed my second run of week 2 and this run felt almost 'good' π
It was different to my other runs. I wasn't so out of breath for a change and I noticed the difference.
I did have music on for the first time and I think it really helped me set a better stride when running. I found a bit of rhythm and that in turn seemed to help my breathing.
In the last run I even had a little 'Rocky' moment and felt the urge to shadow box as I came down the final bit of road πππ
Omg I just realised I might end up actually liking running. And for years I've said I'm too fat to be a runner!
I do now wish I wasn't carrying all this extra body weight but am hoping it will shift over time as I get better at this π€
