Week 2 day 2 again

Feeling great breazed through inspite of not running for over a week due to sore knee. Invested in a new pair of trainer's from specialist running store best decision ever as I am carrying a bit of weight. On d question.anyone any links or info on stretching before and after running. I just love moving at all its great 😀

You’re on a good plan for minimising injury risk. All of us pick up an injury from time to time, but you’re doing the right thing to focus on cross training to strengthen you and stretches, both will further reduce the risks. Enjoy your reading, the more you know the better runner you’ll become.

Glad your shoes have given you back your energy! I also invested in a very padded and supportive pair and do not regret it a second! Hope you enjoy the next runs as much :-)

Thanks so much for the support. I am enjoying myself at the moment however Im sure it will get tougher. However I am determined to stick it out though 😉
