Managed to complete Week 2 of the programme by getting a run in before work.

Can't say that I am particularly quick (averaging around 10 minutes per kilometre) but I am managing to complete the 30 minutes without stopping. A few aches but it is definitely getting easier.

Well done.

C25k is not about speed but about building stamina, which, counterintuitively, is done by running slowly, at a pace at which you can speak ungasping sentences as you run, as described in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
