Completed the third run of the week. Feeling happy because I completed it but am so dreading going up to 3 minutes next week. I know I don't have to but would like to do it to follow the programme. Making sure I recharge my batteries at the weekend ready for Monday morning!!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Well done on completing the week. You'll be fine with 3 minutes and although it will be tough it won't feel any tougher than this week because you are making progress. Good luck x

Go for it on Monday happywalker. Trust Laura she knows you are ready for this and will help you. Run slow, tall and proud. :)

You'll be fine with 3 minute runs. You're running for the same number of minutes as week 2 overall, and it's not as hard as your brain tells you it will be. Don't listen to it :) good luck!

Don't listen to the mind gremlins... they are trying to sabotage you...pesky little blighters!

You can totally do this.. the programme moves you on steadily...you will be fine! :)

Slow and steady...that is the way!

There is nothing to fear. The programme timetable is flexible and repetition of runs is perfectly acceptable and encouraged if necessary. Congratulate yoursself, relax and you will run more fluidly.

It's those gremlins talking. They're quite noisy at the beginning of the programme, but do get quieter when they realise you're actually doing it. You'll be fine in three minutes and will surprise yourself.

Good luck with your run on Monday! Enjoy!

I was dreading the 3 minute runs too but found them very doable. Week 4 has 5 minute runs which I dreaded too but found I just settled into a steady rhythm which wasn'the attainable in the shorter jogs. Next week is week 5 for me ... bring it on!
