Hi guys/gals,
Yay! I completed my final run of week 2 earlier this afternoon with no real major problems...just the kick up the a$$ I needed to get outta the door in the first place!
I must say that once again my lower legs felt like someone had magically and secretly added weights to them while I was running again, but apart from that my puffing and panting after each running section doesn't seem to be lasting quite as long as when I first started. I 'think' I can sniff a hint of improvement there but I'm still not looking forward to stepping up into another pain barrier in 2 days time...week 3!
