Hi guys and gals. So last night I managed to get a spare hours to get out for a run for the first time in 3 weeks. With Christmas and work it was hard to find time. I completed w7r3 the last time I was out and wasn't sure how I would get on with w8r1 but I put the tunes on and went for it. It got hard 20mins in but then got easier and was amazed that I managed the full 28mins with it being so long. To think I struggled with w1 and now running for 28mins non stop wow.
To everyone starting out I know it's hard but trust me keep chipping away and the rewards are massive.
