I am starting again, got to week 8 last year before injury struck. They had a really good offer at the gym so going to do it on the treadmill through jan and feb. For those that do it in the gym, what speed are people using for the walking/running elements??

I think with all running, road and treadmill you are better off finding the pace that works for you. I would start low and then just slightly increase until you are comfortable then stay there, if by the end of the run you felt it was too easy go one step up on the next run. The point is not to get off the treadmill gasping as it is actually easier to push too far on a treadmill, just keep thinking comfortable controlled pace.
