Week 1 Run 1 DONE! Woohoo


Finally got the first one out of the way. I feel so proud of myself. It was relatively easy considering my state of fitness (level couch). The morning was beautiful for it - I got out of bed at 6 am, managed to overcome the urge to go back to bed, and by 6.10 I was off and walking for my 5 minute warm up to the local park. I was a bit scared of the running but it really was for just the right amount of time before I could change down to walking again. I was so happy when I got to the end but have to say I actually enjoyed being one of the people out there exercising :)

Well done you, you’ve done the worst bit in doing the first run. Keep up the good work, I only graduated yesterday so remember those first runs really clearly, you’ll be graduating yourself before you know it! 👏🏻👏🏻

It's only because if I don't go straight away I'll get sidetracked and not go at all! I know myself too well.


Congratulations! You may well have just started one of the most rewarding journeys of your life :) best of luck with it - from a former die-hard couch potato, I can honestly say this programme is amazing and if you stick with it you won't regret it!
