Well I never thought I'd complete this having never run in my life! Even at school on the runs I would be stood smoking and never attempted anything! I feel fantastic and do actually rather like running now I have to secretly admit! 😉
I've read posts but never posted and found you all so helpful and have always found the answers I've needed about shoes, treadmill speeds, how to just enjoy it etc!
So thank you all and now how do i get my graduate thingy I can't find the link!! X 🤣🤣
