Week 6 run 3

I’m 49 and was carrying about 3 stone too much weight. I started week 1 with trepidation and was ‘punctured’ after my first 1 minute run.

6 weeks later, I’ve lost a stone and sailed through my 6.3 run plus an extra 5 minutes on the end, simply because I could. :-)

I am telling everyone I meet about C25K it is a superb plan.

Well done you! Congratulations on the weight loss as well! I'm 49 too, this program is challenging but doable with the right mindset. Welcome to week 7! Gayle
