Was doing so well

So I cracked week three just after Christmas and then got laryngitis 🤒. So I’ve not been out since 27th.

Do I do week three again once I’m back on it again do you think?

Thanks.

Get well soon.

You can be out two weeks without losing fitness and the plan will have had you above where you needed to be for the next run, it’s nice like that, so if you’re back soonish you should be good to resume... you may even shock yourself and find your legs have benefitted from the rest.

Thanks!!! That would be good. Have also invested in new trainers so keen to get out soon and try them.

Should be ok. If in doubt, repeat 3:3 to remind yourself that you can do this ! Happy running 😀

If you feel fine.. head out and carry on.. steady and slow as ever :) Your body will soon tell you if it does not feel right!

Did 3:3 again today to ease myself back in. “Ease” as in 40 mile an hour winds. But I did it. Slow and steady. And new trainers 😊
