... then I’ve hit a wall. Week 7 run 2- happy to run for 25 mins but had to stop as felt so sick. Had to get OH to come and pick me up😕. Could do with getting back into it but now in Newcastle for daughters grad and can’t spare the time - or energy. Going out for a walk this morning to try to get get going again. Will prob have to go back a week when I get home. Frustrated......😬

No shame in taking a little break. Your body will thank you for it, and you can resume where you left all as re-energised!
In the meantime, enjoy your daughter’s graduation! That’s fabulous! ❤️
Hey 👋🏻 don’t be so hard on yourself, I hit a wall about the same time but as they say here, all runs count. One of the mentors said it takes weeks to lose the gains you’ve made so you may be able to pick up where you left off. It took me a long time to get through the programme as I was v busy at work but life is like that, we just need to keep going! Good luck with the next few weeks 🌟👍🏻
Maybe try wk r2 again when you get back. At this stage you are entering in to a phase of longer runs and they take a toll on you and your body. An extended rest is probably ideal. So, enjoy your well earned rest, enjoy the graduation, know that you are going to do try the same run when you get back and let us know how it went. Have faith, this was just an 'off day', just a one off, we all get them, so when you get back pull on your big girl pants and your runners and go out and nail it!
Disappointing, I know, but your body is telling you it needs a bit more recovery. Embrace the time. The next run will still be there.
This is my 3rd attempt at c25k but I have found wk 7 hard with weather work etc enjoy the break and start when you feel ready don’t feel defeated
