Need a running buddy who is just starting out on the Wirral

Hey any one on the Wirral that could use someone to do the couch to 5k challenge with

Lots of running clubs do a C25K program where you get to run with others at the same level, maybe go down that road if you can't find a running buddy.

Im starting this soon as my flu is over so prob next week..i see yr from wallasey so a run along the prom i usually walk but i was starting this on monday but i got pinned down with flu on monday hay ho but im from the wirral and i drive so transport not a problem 🙂
