Done this today but had to stop a few times but this has happened before and I will keep trying until I get it . Don't know why it happens it just does will try again in Friday 😓😓

The runs now are a bit of a mind game so you've got to trick your head and ignore it! Try running slower and don't think about the possible stopping. Think about anything else instead.
Remember you're more than able to do this run as you've done the programme up to now and it has prepared you for it. If you think you're going to stop then say to yourself you're going to do ten more steps, then when you get there, do ten more. Don't let your head take over, you can do this 💪💪
Hey it happens, our mind will convince us to quit long before our body... A trick I was told was that when you get to that point that you want/ need to stop, look ahead and pick a feature in the distance ( lamp post or tree etc ) and tell yourself that you can stop when you get there. Then repeat this as the first post wasn't the one that you'd planned to stop at.
Anyway , you're at week 8.... thats awesome , so well done, the end is in sight!
Ran today no problems when I was struggling I told myself just another bit to go ,another bit to go it does help just need to keep pushing myself 😊
The willpower is stronger some days than others. I guess that’s like another a muscle we are learning to flex 💪🏻

No chance of me giving up dont quit at anything whatever I'm doing I will keep going until I get there . It's going to take more than the 9 weeks for me to finish but I'm not bothered as long as I keep persisting I will get there 😊😊
