Today felt good, humid but good. Maybe I even enjoyed it. I followed advice I have been given on here about drinking more water and tried to accept the 28 mins and enjoy.
Inspiration came from thinking of Anna McNuff running 100 marathons to cover length of the UK, in BARE FEET. Yes that's right bare feet, check her out on social media.

You know I thought so too! It's like I can believe that it isn't just special tough people that can do this running thing but that if I do as I'm told and keep going, I can run too!!
Amazing that anyone can run a 100 marathons in barefeet, which reminds me, I saw a man running in barefeet along the same route that I graduated from C25K last year, yes he was running along the promenade in barefeet, perhaps training to run a marathon in barefeet.
Great run... and while the numbers themselves on your chart don’t matter at this stage, there’s some great negative splits going on there, which is great for dealing with the tough start to a run.
I think Anna was on the free weekly timed podcast a couple of weeks ago... amazing woman.
Enjoy run 3... and then it’s into your victory lap.
It just means that the second half of the run was quicker than the first... and in this case each km was quicker than than one before, which is how many runners aim to do it... something like 95% of world records were set that way, and probably similar in PBs for us mere mortals! Of course slowing down to complete a run is also more than acceptable, so don’t worry about such things yet.
