Wowzers that was tough. Should have gone out much earlier as it was 23° when I started.

But I got the the end and actually ran 3k in 19.02 minutes but due the heat I ran the last 9 minutes much slower but ended up on 4.25k over the 28mins- which I’m super happy with. 🙌🏽

Only one run left of wk8 and then onto the mighty wk9

Never in a million years did I think I’d get here- running 28mins in the scorching sun?? Who am I???
