Very mild today but dry, 1st 10mins nightmare legs and lungs didn’t want to know but I do get the worst Hill out of the way, come the end felt a lot better but still need enormous amount of pig headiness to get me round, self belief and determination to finish is the way to go ( along with slow n steady b4 you all say it)😀👍

I definitely think the pig headiness, self belief & determination is part of the criteria for this program 😂so well done 👍 im just heading out after a cuppa to waken me up as off on hols for a long weekend so i will miss my Friday run😭but il be back into it Monday! 4! to go so exciting 😀
